Anyone used clary sage essential oil for hormone imbalance??? Are for heavy periods??

I have irregular periods so I've decided to try it. I bought some today so I will see. my last cycle was 50 days long 😨 and I average 26 days so I thought maybe it'll regulate me. Have you tried it?
