Ill hubby!

Wondering if anyone can help. My husband hasn't been feeling well since Friday, but today he's gotten worse. He's been violently sick, has a temperature of 38.5oC, has a sore throat, aches and pains and God from really hot to cold and clammy. And he's eaten half a slice of toast. He's never ill and rarely this bad. I've no idea what it is, just wondering if anyone has any ideas, I'm not sure if I should take him to the doctors. Thanks in advance!
