How to gain mass?
I have to gain about 20 lbs to join the air force and I've got two months to do it. I have very high metabolism and don't gain upper body strength easily. SO I need advice, ladies:
-best foods for gaining mass (fast food and ice cream don't help)
-best exercises to gain muscle- my goal would be more mass around my thighs and core, that's where I gain most easily
- other tips to help gain
I'm drinking water to stay hydrated but I know that can also help you lose weight. Anyone know good hydrating drinks that can help gain or have other tips to gain fast?
I know it's not really healthy to put your body through drastic change like this but I'm not in the best domestic situation so the sooner I can join the better. All help is welcome!
