I swear every time we have good sex, he lays down next to me and sounds breathless lol but I still feel so energized?! Like sometimes I wanna keep kissing or teasing him but after sex, he just wants to cuddle and then he falls asleep :/ how can I avoid that?

He's tired because when men have sex and come, their body produces and releases a hormone called prolactin. Women too, but not nearly enough. Also, the combination of prolactin and oxytocin make you just feel sleepy sometimes, especially when mixed with melatonin. If you have sex at night, then he'll definitely feel tired. If you have sex with the lights off, try turning them on. Other than that, there's nothing much you can do about it.

Plus he's probably exerted a lot of energy during sex, maybe he is tired from work. I slept with a guy who had asthma too and he would be dying practically after we had sex
