Couponing

Looking for those who coupon. So my question is more of an ethical question, please no rude comments.
A couple weeks ago Venus razors and shaving cream were on sale at my Walmart. Plus I had high value coupons. It was a great deal! Anyway, I tried the shaving cream and that was a bad idea, I completely broke out with a rash. The next time I did what I usually do and just use hair conditioner instead, but this time I think the little gooey stuff in the razor to help with moisture irritated my skin. So back to the real point. Because of the sale and coupons it was only $5 for the razor and cream together opposed to $27 so I stocked up on them. But now I have to return them, it doesn't make sense to keep something that irritates my skin so badly. But is it wrong to return something I used coupons on? My store gives you back full value. So say the item is $10 but I use a $3 coupon and pay only $7, if I return it they will give me back $10. I always tell them I used a coupon and they say they get reimbursed for the coupon anyway and give me back full value. But I don't want them to think I'm scamming them and trying to make a quick buck because I bought quite a few.
