how long will it take me to get to 110lbs if I'm 160lbs right now. with diet and exercise?

I love it. You put in how much you weigh, your age, sex, height, how many calories you plan to eat and how much exercise you do and it gives you a weekly breakdown of your weight. I've kept pictures of mine and checked back later, it's pretty accurate

Depends on your body, and how hard you're willing to work for it. I recommend cutting out sugar entirely. It can be really hard checking the ingredients and finding things you like eating but me and my husband just started it and we love it and feel so much better. I've lost ten pounds and he's lost 8.

Also don't be surprised if you notice a big difference and loose a bunch of weight up front and then the weight loss slows down. It's completely common so don't be discouraged!

Also I recommend changing up your exercise patterns every now and then. Don't consistently do the same thing everyday for the entire time you're thing to lose weight. Change things up.

If you can afford it id say a personal trainer would be a great way to go. Especially starting out because that's the hardest part!:)

Depends on the exercises & diet. 
Stadium stairs & squats are the best to start building muscle to burn fat & calories. Remember, when building muscle, it burns more calories. 
Also, try throwing in protein shakes.
The EAS brand powder is my favorite. You can pick these up at Wal-Mart.
