Do you think they will do a pee or blood test?

Tomorrow is my very first ladies doctor visit. AF is over 2 weeks late, I have spotting today. If I am not bleeding in the morning I think I will have them do a pregnancy test. All of mine have been negative. Do you think they will do a pee test or a blood test?
