AF 25 DAYS LATE!!!!!!

I am beyond confused I am 25 days late... with nothing but 5 negative tests. 😑😭 i have NEVER been this late. I was late 18days once but that's as late as I have ever been. The first time I was pregnant, in September last year, I tested at 6days late and got positive; it sadly ended in miscarriage that same week. I really just have no idea what's going on if I am not pregnant. I am spotted here and there about 4 times the past week & that's it. I feel that I really could be. Since I don't have a primary gynecologist, the one who I seen when I was miscarrying said I would have to wait till I missed another period before they would see me. I just don't know what to do.
