Did you see this latest article...Do you think they should have the "interest of their customers" as top priority or their share holders?

Spoiler alert: They said they have no obligation to their consumers.

I do, but honestly I would always reach out to multiple sources to find a payment plan that works best for me. I did my own research and it only took about two hours to find a list of payment plans, and the specific payment plan, that I will be requesting upon graduation. There is a list of government approved payment plans that all student loan providers must abide by. Anyone concerned about Navient, or any other loan company, not having their best interest in mind should do a little research of their own including online resources and loan officer resources​ at their local credit union or bank.

The federal government resold my loans to them and consolidated them after I graduated I didn't choose this company.
