Could I be pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend never had sex but we hump with no clothes on and I read somewhere that it's unlikely but a pregnancy can occur from that. My period came normally last month but before that I had some nausea (1 week after our genitals touched). As I said I got my period normally about 2 weeks after that. Now this week my whole body ached but this could be because I never exercise or because I sleep with my hair still wet. Today I have lower back aches but I never get these (I was sitting down for about 4 hours without standing up though) and my breasts ache too. I haven't had my usual sign of ovulation which is A LOT of discharge except some cramps that I sometimes get. My periods are irregular so maybe this cycle will be long (this is the 18th day) but I've never had such symptoms except from cramps and tender breasts. I'm just really worried I'm 16 years old and I know if I can't deal with the consequences I shouldn't do sexual stuff but there wasn't any PIV action and idk what is going on. Please help me 😢
