Post D&C: spotting after exercise?

Is this common? I started working out 4 weeks after my d&c and started spotting each time i went to the gym. Is this common?

This happened to me too,   I no longer spot during exercise.

That happened to me too. Have you been back to your Dr?  I wanted to do things naturally and it took 5 months for that to stop. Just make sure you get your ok from your Dr before you start exercising again
