my heart breaks for him

I don't know what happened to my Angels face. Took him to ER and his pediatrician no final answers or remedies. First his pediatrician said it was baby acne ER says it is a rash but that's about it. Prescribed a cream and sent him home. Can't get real diagnose anymore😢😖 in the meantime my baby's face is not clearing. Anyone else dealing with this? Nurse said it could be my hormones still afterbirth plus from breastfeeding.
