No talk relationship!!

Sooo I been engaged for about 3 years, I don't see us getting married, but he says he wants to marry me still, but we don't talk, he always gets frustrated with me when I wanna talk about bills and if we're gonna get our own place, and doesn't ever wanna talk about the serious stuff. So I'm just wondering, does anyone else have a relationship with someone that they barely talk too?? Haha I don't mind it but at the same time, am I the only one??
