Red spotting

I think I might be miscarrying 😔 The past few days I've had brown spotting only sometimes when I'd wipe but today there was much more. Now it's darker and red. I called the on call nurse and they just said to wait it out but if it gets bad go to the ER. We've been trying to get pregnant since June of last year and were so happy when we found out on Valentine's Day! Anyway, hopefully I'm not miscarrying but I'm not getting my hopes up. 😞
