I have been talking to this guy for about a month now. 
He is into anal sex but I always had bad experiences with anal sex meaning the guy doesnt know wtf he was doing and it didnt feel good. 
This guy he was saying how they are probably doing it wrong. 
He wants me to try it with him.

I wouldn't have anal sex with someone I've known for a month. It's different than regular sex, you want to do it with someone you really trust. It's weird for a guy to be talking about this a month into knowing you. I know that wasn't the question, but anal can be painful and uncomfortable and you want it to be with someone you're close to.

My fiance is the same.... Loves anal! 
I was hesitant at first but thankfully he was very patient and gentle. Used lots of lube and penetrated a little at a time... Like a fingertip at first so I could get used to it and gradually to full on anal. Took him months! 
It's a different sensation and not always the most comfortable (I don't suggest it after eating) but with time and patience it's not as bad as one might think
