I haven't seen all lot of talk about hpynobirthing on here.... It is absolutely amazing!! I taught myself with my daughter and had an amazing natural birth.

You can use hpynobirthing with natural or unnatural births but you shouldn't and won't need meds if you plan on doing it. There are lots of books, news stories and YouTube videos on it. Check them out!

I'm currently taking a 5 week class and practicing relaxation techniques everyday.
I find that it's super helpful for everyday life, just learning to relax and understanding your body mind connection. It's very interesting.

I'm doing it right now! I'm 30 weeks. I started out my pregnancy with some fear of child birth pain, partly because of the stories of terror the women in my life threw at me. Now I am excited to experience labor and breathe my baby out. I look forward to telling my mother that birth was easy, beautiful, and natural instead of painful, terrifying, and disgusting. I still have two more classes- I recommend it to every pregnant woman I meet. It hasn't only changed my pregnancy journey but it has changed my view of my body. I finally trust it.
