60 days

Ok seriously it's been 60 days since my last AF... Really confused I had a blood test two weeks ago and that was bfn and been using the cheap pregnancy test online bfn so I don't know what's going on... Iv kind of forgotten about it like why AF hasn't came but now it's starting to worry me any advice? My doctor said to wait 4 weeks so I have another two weeks to go.... But going into June now I mean come on?!
