Some don't. I don't call my boyfriend daddy. My boyfriend is 10 years older then me so he wouldn't be too happy. It's different if you have kids tho. You can be like go ask daddy.

I don't care for it and I don't think he does either. Especially now that we're parents, it feels awkward to use "mommy" or "daddy" outside of talking about ourselves around our son. He tells me I'm a "hot mama" or something alone those lines occasionally, but that's about it.
