I have the biggest fear of needles, shots, and especially blood draws. I have to do blood work tomorrow. Every time I get a shot or blood drawn I cry . It does not hurt my heart just pounds out of my chest in fear and I do NOT watch. Just wandering what are some things you ladies do or tell yourselves to not think about it ? I mean I'm scared out of my wits . They usually make me lay down afterwards for 20 minutes with pants unbuttoned to make sure I don't pass out. I know I'm grown and it's embarrassing as ever. Any ideas ?
