Sex on your period??

Question

My boyfriend is leaving for logging camp in four days and I just started my period, but we still want to have sex before he goes.

We can't fuck in the shower because it's too small, but he doesn't want to get blood all over the bed and his legs. Tips or tricks?

My SO and I have always used an old, unused blanket as a cover over the bed. Also have a wet rag or something to clean yourself up with. Only do this if you don't mind throwing away the blanket afterwards unless you know how to clean it or something. This is just our thing though so some might find it appalling..

Put some (dark) towels on the bed, use dark sheets if you have any, have him be on-top. Most flow is less than you think so just a towel should theoretically be fine. But I've never done it on my period.

Me and my husband would just lay a towel down. He would only get a little bloody and then could wipe off with the towel. Never made a big mess at all.
