I had been taking pregnancy test for the past 2 weeks

I had been taking pregnancy test for the past 2 weeks. I knew I was pregnant but all the text were all negative. Then one day I couldn't sleep because my breast were sore and I woke up nauseous. So I decided to go to the clinic today to get a bold test because I'm 6 days late. With concern, the nurse said "it seems like you are pregnant, we don't have a doctor here to do a ultrasound " so she re scheduled me for next week Wednesday. I should be about 6 weeks along. So I came home and took two Pregnacy test and they both came back postive. Not sure if I should tell my husband or wait till Father's Day to surprise him. Either way  so happy!!
