6 days late, one positive, rest are negative. Pregnant or not?

Currently TTC, 6 days late and have all the pregnancy symptoms but no sign of AF. I had a positive pregnancy test during my fertile window and the rest have been negative. I don't know what to think about it. Re taking a first response in the morning and have an appt next Thursday at doctors. What does everyone think? Really need some advice. We want our little rainbow so bad.

That test doesn't look positive. Also, there's no logical reason to have gotten a positive before you've even ovulated. Hope you get some answers at your appointment

I've just check and I tested two days after I ovulated.
