pregnant with cramps
I'm about 6 weeks pregnant. I've had a stomach ache for the last 12 hours or so. Nothing crazy painful or anything. I also had one little episode of spotting. It was just once when I went to the bathroom I noticed a little bit of blood on the tissue.
Should I be concerned?
