We had our final growth scan today and it looks like baby B has hardly grown since the last scan 4 weeks ago. He/she is right around 4lbs, baby A is almost 6lbs.  So they've recommended we push up the C section to next tuesday.  Can't help but be a little nervous!  Even though the days have been passing so slowly, it seems like it will be here before I know it... And I feel like I'm still unprepared... Though everything is pretty much ready...
