Breastfeeding/Post Pregnancy Cycle
Hi ladies,
I am exclusively breastfeeding and my period has already returned and she is not even 4.5mo. I was wondering if anyone else's cycle has returned and how long it lasted. I am keeping track of my fertility to avoid pregnancy and am on cycle day 17 and still no ovulation has occurred. Please and thanks for any suggestions.
P.s. I am using this form of avoidance for religious purposes so please no negerive comments of how I should use birth control instead or something. Thanks!
