Baby acne or something else ?

What does this look like to you guys ? Is this normal or should I go and get her checked out ?

My baby boy has exactly the same. Gets redder when he crys or is hot. Doctor didn't seem concerned

This might sound crazy, but someone told me to put just a little bit of breastmilk on the affected areas a few times a day. Every time my daughter has an outbreak of baby acne, I just rub a tiny bit on to her face and let it dry. It's usually gone within 12-24 hours. Works like magic. :)

My LO has it too and doctor said it's seborrheic dermatitis, also know as cradle cap!

Mine has exactly the same thing. It was a combo of baby acne, and contact dermatitis. He's had it for over a week but it is lessened quite a bit. We wipe them down with a warm washcloth use Aveeno for eczema on his face and neck and hair (anywhere not covered) and Aquaphor on his chest and back wherever it is covered since it's a thick ointment. It's so much better. Good luck, I agree I think it hurts the parents more than the kid LOL

My little girl has this and I was told it was baby eczema, the back of the neck is a stork mark (birth mark) x

Heat rash. Put a burp cloth or thin blanket in between your skin and hers.

Looks like baby acne and a stork bite on the back of her neck. My LO has the same mark. It will gradually fade over time.

I used hydrocortisone cream and it cleared up the next day, guessing it's just acne
