cm pregnant vs pre period?

I am wondering how CM should be on early pregnancy (vs how it is before period is due) to identify pregnancy. 

I am 2 days before my period is due and I have a discharge: very wet, liquid yet with thick textured white lumps...

I am not asking about the implantation bleeding / pink substance. I've been pregnant before and I didn't have that (only 1/3 experience that) I'm just asking about general CM, as it changes through the cycle and we can detect our most fertile days through it, I am just wondering if any of you pregnant ladies tracked a pattern for detecting early pregnancy via a specific kind of CM discharge. Online, it says pre period CM should be dry, but I'm def not dry right now I have this constant  "wet" feeling
