over reacting or should I be worried

So about 3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex (I'm on the iud) and I've just been bleeding really light pink cm and I'm so sick to my stomach well yesterday I was in the middle of 4 play wen I felt a sharp sting that went all they up to my right ribs now My whole stomach is sore to the touch and I feel dizzy I'm making a appointment tomorrow but im wondering if this is normal with the iud
