why does my boyfriend all of a sudden want to

we never go to church.... Im a christian and he's a catholic so we don't really pay attention to going to church and all that but we do believe in God and love him..... But it's weird we been together for 2 years and never thought of going to church but he told me in the car just now and i kinda got weird about it..... what does this mean???? 😳 none of our own family goes to church, his family doesn't .. My family doesn't only my grandma and maybe aunties. what should i do
