Read the instructions
A lot of questions, mainly on ttc forums, wouldn't even be asked if people actually read instructions. People are just taking things not knowing how to use it or what its for. I answer the same question 15 times a day that could of easily been answered with a simple google search or reading the box. Read please it is fundemental.
