I'm almost 12 weeks now and I feel slight flutters in my stomach so wondering if this is even normal to feel anything so early ?

Does it just feel like butterflies in your tummy? I think I might've felt last night while lying still rubbing my tummy but wasn't sure. 12+1 with twins so wondering 😊

I am curious if this is what I'm feeling. It feels like butterflies in my stomach and then it feels like my stomach jumps into my throat, is that similar?
