late by 6 days???

So,my period always comes on the day that eve tells me it will. My cycle has been extremely accurate for my whole life,but my period is 6 days late? I'm definitely not pregnant,what could be causing this,because I'm getting kinda worried

Mine is 112 days late so i would take 6 over what i have lol stress and eating are major reasons it changes
