I have a question , my husband had supervised visitation his son is now four so we taking his ex to court , she fought for him to have supervised, he's never been In jail . His family didn't show up to testify on his behalf so court believed mostly what ex said.

We live seven hours away from his son husband stable has a job..

She lives with her mom drawing child support off his son , and another son She had in previous married which then she told us he was a drug dealer that why she left.

Anyway, us living seven hours away will judge Grant visitation !
