nasal congestion?

I'm only about 4 1/2 weeks pregnant with my second child and I'm already stuffy as all hell 😖 anyone else going through this?

Yes. 15 weeks here. It's only gotten worse. I now take cetirizine every day, and my Dr gave me a nasal spray. It's made things a bit more manageable. But not 100% better unfortunately.

I have a lot of drainage down my throat and it's starting to become painful... anyone else?!

I had this with my daughter it was terrible and you can only use saline spray.
