Hey! So I'm almost 7 weeks. I've been taking my parental pills but it is a struggle!!! I'm 30 years old and as bad as it sounds I can not get pills down my throat whole. I'll have to cut it up into smaller pieces just to get it down. A friend of mine recommended the prenatal gummies. I recently got them but I'm afraid it's not as powerful as the pills if that makes any sense. Has anyone taken the gummies their whole pregnancy instead of the pills? I'm torn on what I should do.
