Is this baby acne or a rash? Its been on his face for days :( he's one month old.

My son is 6 weeks on Thursday. He's had baby acne since day one. It's never been that red though. So I guess I'd say normal newborn rash. But who knows. If you're worried it's best to see your pediatrician.

Baby acne. My LO is 4 weeks and still has it. It can last up to 8 weeks.

My son had this when he was a few days old. Doctor told me it was just normal dry skin and to use a little bit of aveeno lotion on i. It cleared up within a day or two!!

I'm not sure if it's the same but my baby has very clear skin as long as I only use organic bamboo or cotton to wipe her skin. I used a regular hand towel once and red bumps appeared on her face. My guess is that she's allergic to something from the towel because none of her organic cloths have done that.

Baby acne. It'll clear up, just give it a couple weeks. My dr said it's their pores adjusting to dirt and oil

My baby has that too. They said its baby acne but i think its ezcema because ive had ezcema my whole life. And he complains a lot so ive been using Babyganics ezcema cream and he literally loves it.
