when should I worry???

30 minutes ago I had a 99.7 degree temp and now it's gone up to 100.1, I'm gonna take Tylenol and see if it goes down. But when should I worry? I'm 5w2D.

I'm 8 weeks 3 days and I've had a fever in the 99s-100.4 for the past few weeks almost every day. I'd call your doctor in the morning to be sure, but mine said not to worry unless it got over 101 and couldn't be controlled with Tylenol.
