thrush baby

I think my 2 week older have it :( I have been looking up home remedies to try till i go the doctor..i seen home remedies using baking soda and water then use cotton swab in there mouth..I'm going try it. Anyone did home remedies before going to the doctor?? Also I've read articles saying babies are fussy or refusing to eat but my LO isn't showing those signs. I try check if it is left over milk but doesn't come off. It's just on his tongue.
