What are ways i can get preggers ?

I'm 23, been with my boyfriend for the last 4 years, we want to start a family and life. I know prenatals work, and ive heard of pre seed ? Any other suggestions please and thank you !

Just go with it and enjoy it! Don't put pressure on yourselves and make it fun. Eat healthy and exercise, no smoking or drinking and take the prenatals.

Make any necessary lifestyle adjustments, such as eating healthy, getting fit, and cutting any bad habits, like smoking or excessive drinking. You can track your cycles, and be sure to have sex during your fertile week. I'm 6, almost 7wks pregnant. It took me 17 months, so after the first year, I started using OPKs and Pre Seed, and had sex all throughout my entire cycle. You can also do a 'preconception' appointment with your doctor to discuss any health issues or make adjustments to medications you may be on.

I started track my ovulation, temp, CM etc. I did this for 2 cycles before I became pregnant. Good luck

Just keep track of ovulation using ovulation sticks and have sex alot near your ovulation time the sticks are available on eBay and Amazon .... pre seed isn't necessary unless your struggling 6 months down the line really .... definitely start taking prenatals aswell , baby needs the folic acid before it starts to grow not when it starts to starts to grow .... eat healthy don't smoke and don't drink excessive maybe 1 or 2 glasses of wine once a week whilst ttc then stop as soon as you've ovulated x
