BF'ers- are your boobs warm and tingling?

My Boobs are always warm now.. and about 50% of the time tingling. I also get random sharp pains. Is this normal?

My nipples get tingly from time to time especially if it's been awhile since last feeding. Sharp pains may be a sign of thrush so might be worth talking to your doctor.

I'm 6 weeks postpartum, dealing with low supply. I just started feeling like a prickly feeling sometimes while I breastfeed and I randomly get sharp nipple pain. It's definitely not thrush or mastitis because I work closely with a lactation consultant.
