Well I do my cycle started today at like 2 something in the morning. I sat on the toilet and all a sudden I got super hot I was about to faint, after that my body cool down and I went back to bed. That's when I started having bad cramps I mean cramps to bad that u will be vomiting. I be like the every month, and the only thing will stop my bad cramps is being on birth control. It there and one like me.
