teachers?!

Question

Any other ladies out there teachers? How are you combatting your morning sickness! Mine kicked into full swing this week. I haven't thrown up, but between the nausea and fatigue it makes for some really long days.

I teach 5th grade, I have been keeping little snacks with me. And lots of water. I try to sit as much as ossicle also. I'm SO tired!

I'm a PE teacher. The hardest thing for me has been the sun and the heat. I try to stay active regardless but by the end of the day I'm zapped. My nausea has kicked in. I'm thankful that it's nowhere hear as bad as my second pregnancy (which ended in an early loss). I can manage it so long as I eat regularly and drink lots of water. It's rough trying to keep the secret from the kiddos yet feeling so under the weather. I feel your pain. Hang in there.

I teach 5th grade and we are currently on spring break. I haven't experienced any morning sickness but I am more exhausted than normal at work. So I take more bathroom breaks and splash my face with water to stay alert. Try to eat saltine crackers and ginger ale, that helped with my first pregnancy.

We are on spring break too (finally!) but I bought ginger snaps and they've been helping, also mints seem to help a little! I'm worried it's only going to get worse from here, I teach high school and my kiddos definitely already know something is up!

I teach first grade! I'm on spring break this week and my nausea just kicked in yesterday (haven't vomited yet either). Looks like I'm the kind it hits in the early afternoon instead of morning. Not sure what my plan for working through it will be. 🤢 Guess I'll bring some oyster crackers and candied ginger and hope it helps!
