Laparoscopy

Yesterday I had my laproscopy surgery done. Turns out the blockage was endometriosis. On a scale of 1-4 mine was at 2.5 and 3. So the doctor got it all cleaned out. Jus really sore today. Keeping fingers crossed this will do the trick for us to finally get pregnant. Has anyone else had this done or know anyone and got positive results?
