Travel Jogger Stroller Light-weight and affordable

I have been looking for a travel stroller because a friend of mine told me if the baby falls asleep it's a life safer to not have to move them from the car seat to the stroller.

But I also want to go for walks in the giant community park by me, so I need a light weight stroller that I can maneuver easily, so that's why I was thinking a jogger?

Advice please! Does the one wheel in front make it that much easier to turn with one hand?
