I'm 13 weeks 4 days and almost fainted at work today, I was with a patient and the world started spinning, ears ringing, tunnel vision and sweating. Thankful I got to a chair to sit down before the world went black. Nurses nearby were able to get me juice and check on me. Has this occurs with anyone else? What was your cause?  I'm so worried it will happen again while driving or at area where there is less help. I go see the doctor tomorrow morning to check on things. Any helpful thoughts for this worried mama
