So I recently missed my period so I took a first response and a dollar test both where very positive I feel moody,sore boobs,nauseous yada yada but i went to my family doctor and there's was negative

Yes you are still pregnant their tests have a higher miu so sometimes it doesn't pick up early pregnancy..

Had you recently gone to the toilet before the Drs?  In early pregnancy, hcg levels are low.  If you haven't held on for a few hours, it's very possible hcg levels haven't built up enough in urine to be detected (that's why they say testvwith first morningburine as will have the strongest concentration).  It's not common to get false positives.  I'd ask your dr for a blood test, and I'm guessing it'll be positive. Congratulations!

Wait a week, do a stick test again. If it's still positive, go back to the doctors and do another urine test. Might even be worth taking a sample cup home, and handing in your FMU.

Chances are you tested early, and in the doctors sample, there wasn't enough HGC in there. It needs to build up in your urine, which is why FMU is the best to use.

There is also the chance of a chemical pregnancy; this is why I say wait a week, as it should give your body time to ramp up HGC levels.
