Most people can't. That's why they say don't "symptom spot". Pms & pregnancy symptoms are pretty much identical only difference in symptoms that I've heard is the breast tenderness/soreness most woman get from their cycle is less painful than their breasts hurting during early pregnancy.

Yeah. When I really thought something was weird was going on - it was nothing. When I actually was pregnant the only thing I noticed was I was due for my period and didn't have any of my normal PMS nastiness.
