pcos but no cyst on my ovaries
Ok so I went to the drs to get pelvic sonogram and they seen no cyst on my ovaries. My lining look fine but I have long periods. So my dr said it's due to my hormones not being balanced. So my question is what can I do to balance my hormones besides birth control?
