I am 30 weeks and 3 days, but I noticed it in my right hand several weeks ago. I drive a manual transmission and it hurts when I grab the shifter. In the last week or so, I started to notice it in my left hand too. It's just the inside of my palm that's tender, almost like it's been bruised. I don't have trouble opening jars, my knuckles and wrists don't hurt... It's just so weird.

It's starting to get warm out so my fingers swell at times during the day (but to be honest that's normal for me and they don't get any bigger than usual), but my palms hurt regardless if my fingers are swollen or not. My hands aren't swollen, nor me ankles/feet.

What the heck is this strange pregnancy pain?
