Means your placenta is covering your cervix. If you're doing too much and putting too much stress on your body it could cause you to bleed. Other than that there's really nothing to worry about. You're very early and it's likely to move when your uterus stretches by your third trimester. If it doesn't move it's not a big deal but you will have to have a csection.

Make sure you do what the doctors say. I have it and I was told that if I don't follow the rules my placenta can detach, which will result in an emergency c section.
